THE body of a man was recovered from the water off the east coast yesterday after a small boat he was travelling in capsized.Stephen Fergus (48) was found about a mile from shore, close to Dundalk lighthouse, shortly after 6pm.He had taken a small punt out from Soldiers Point to reach another boat at about 3.45pm but went missing after he capsized....
