Flood advisory extended: Mon Wharf likely to see flooding

Flooding will be likely on the lower part of the Mon Wharf this morning, according to the National Weather Service, which has extended its flood advisory through Friday afternoon. The Weather Service said the Ohio River is expected to rise to 18 feet today and to crest just shy of 20 feet Friday morning. The Mon Wharf begins to flood at 18 feet. ...
