TWO men have been arrested over the armed hold-up of a cash delivery van, gardai said.The robbery happened at the Orwell Shopping Centre in Templeogue, south Dublin, at about 4.50pm last Saturday.Two men involved in the incident, one armed with what is believed to be a handgun, fled the scene in a car driven by a third accomplice.The car was later discovered burnt out a short distance away.Investigating officers, based in nearby Terenure, carried...
