London Markets: Banks, resources push FTSE 100 north

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Most U.K. stocks rebounded on Thursday as banks lifted sentiment and resources firms climbed alongside rising commodity prices, although the benchmark index pared its gains a bit after a Spanish bond auction.
