Defending Olympic gold medalists Todd Rogers and Phil Dalhausser of the U.S. kicked off the new Olympic year with a gold medal at the season-opening FIVB World Tour Brasilia Open on Sunday, defeating a team that hopes to join them in London, Americans Matt Fuerbringer and Nick Lucena.
