NATO soldier killed in Taliban attack

A NATO soldier was killed Friday in a Taliban attack in southern Afghanistan.

According to a statement released by NATO, Taliban attack claimed the life of a soldier with the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in the southern region of Afghanistan Friday, bringing the number of fatalities to four over the past two days, Xinhua reported.

As many as three NATO soldier were killed Thursday in a blast in eastern Afghanistan

Over 130 NATO soldiers have been killed in the conflict-ridden Afghanistan so far this year.
