VIDEO: Petition to bring back terraces

The Football Supporters Federation is gathering a petition from fans who want the reintroduction of stands at Championship and Premiership games. Terraced areas at top flight grounds were banned after the Hillsborough disaster in 1989, and the petition has caused concern amongst safety experts and the family members of some of those who died. Fans who support the move say standing helps create a better atmosphere. Graham Satchell reports.
