Soccer: Payne relishes shot in England

Talk about a schoolboy's dream. This week, Tim Payne will line up for Sacred Heart at the national secondary schools tournament. Next month, the 17-year-old will be rubbing shoulders with Ryan Nelsen at Blackburn, having been offered trials with the Premier League club. The deal has been set up through Nelsen and his agent Hamish Miller, who have formed an association with former All White Danny Hay, who coaches the Sacred Heart 1st XI and acts as a talent scout in New Zealand.
