DUBAI, 9th December, 2024 (WAM) -- Emirates Health Services (EHS) has won with the "Best Call Center" award in the healthcare sector at the 2024 Insight Middle East Call Center Awards.
This accolade recognises EHS's dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience, driven by innovative technologies and solutions tailored to meet client needs, ultimately enhancing satisfaction and accessibility to healthcare services.
Dr. Abdulaziz Al Zarooni, Acting Executive Director of the Financial Sector and Support Services at EHS, expressed pride in this achievement, stating, "This award is a testament to our commitment to the highest standards of service quality.
